My wife and I have been going to Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice for awhile now. The staff are very nice here and making a booking is hassle free. I also like the text reminders for your booking too, great.
The appointments have been on time or I have had to wait 5-10 minutes which is pretty good.
We see Dr Mark Charteris and he is kind, professional and always looks after our needs.

We moved to this practice around 3 years back, have been between different GPs at times with different experiences but this review I am writing is for Dr. Nathan Leung who has always been exceptional. He will listen to you patiently, do a thorough diagnosis and order urgent tests if needed. He will also call you back with test results without waiting for you to make an appointment. He is never late for his appointments and is highly knowledgeable
I went in today with lower abdomen pain that has lasted for around 7 days for me while I was traveling, and seeing him was as good as going to an emergency room without the 7-10 hour wait. He did all the checks needed, made me do an urgent blood and urine test in practice itself at around 4:30pm, (would have done ultrasound as well but the radiology closed) and told me he will call me as soon as he gets the results; gave me medication for the time being. Previously also he has shown great care when one of my thyroid test was a bit higher.

The staff were so amazing and considerate assisting me to find the right doctor for my illness. I saw Dr Patricia and I can’t explain how relieved I was to feel like she had the knowledge in women's health to assist me. One of, if not the best medical practice I've been to. Receptionists are welcoming, friendly and explain things in a respectful way if required. I've seen a few doctors here but they've all been patient and understanding and offer solutions and not just shrug you off.
It's clear that people actually like working here and that reflects in the overall level of care. Not the same can be said about a lot of medical practices.

By far the best attention we could have asked for by reception staff, nurses and doctor. Our son arrived with a major burn- they rushed us through even though they were extremely busy. Friendly, quick and amazing with a young boy that was in a lot of pain.

My three children all went to the medical centre from the time they were born up to recently until they moved out of the area and the distance is prohibitive for them.
Dr Charteris and the team have always been very helpful and professional.
The staff at the front desk are always courteous and helpful weather in person or on the phone answering your queries promptly and arranging appointment for you and following up with a reminder for your appointment.

Such a quick and easy visit to the gp, I turned up late to my appointment but was seen anyway without an issue, wonderful bubbly staff at the front desk and doctors and nurses that make you feel comfortable. I had never gone before but will definitely be going there from now on!
